2D Animator/Illustrator

You will be working at CognitiveBotics Technologies Private Limited, an AI-powered digital therapeutics and eLearning platform focused on aiding early intervention for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other neurodivergent conditions. Utilizing advanced AI capabilities, the platform offers personalized, adaptive learning pathways to help children develop cognitive, social, emotional, and communication skills effectively. As part of the team, your responsibilities will include designing and animating high-quality 2D assets for games, activities, and interactive content specifically catered to neurodiverse children. It will be crucial to maintain and refine a consistent visual style guide that allows for adaptability in future projects. You will collaborate closely with therapists and product teams to translate their requirements into engaging illustrations and seamless animations. Ensuring that files are animation-ready with proper grouping, layering, and optimized formats will be essential, along with optimizing assets and animations for performance, file size, and responsiveness across various devices such as mobile, tablet, and desktop. Moreover, you will be expected to export deliverables in multiple formats including WebP, SVG, AI, and Lottie JSON. Additional graphic work such as creating UI elements, icons, and promotional visuals will also fall under your purview. Collaboration with designers, animators, developers, and child development specialists will be a key aspect of your role, requiring proactive engagement. Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines while being open to feedback will be crucial for success in this position. To excel in this role, you must demonstrate proficiency in tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, CorelDraw, and Procreate. A strong understanding of responsive and performance-optimized design and animation is essential. Your ability to create both simple and complex character animations will be highly valued, along with knowledge of Lottie workflows. Proficiency in Rive workflows will be considered a plus in this role.,
