2D Animator

As a 2D Animator at our company, you will be part of a passionate team dedicated to creating compelling gaming experiences filled with story, emotion, and meaningful gameplay. Your role will involve working on unannounced titles, contributing your creativity and skills to bring visions to life. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with the Art Director and other key stakeholders to develop game-ready UI, illustrations, and animations. - Produce a variety of 2D animations, including character animations and cinematic cut-scenes. - Create hand-painted 2D textures and concept art for in-game assets. - Follow the production pipeline to ensure efficient creation and integration of art assets into products. - Adhere to style guides and assist in their development as required. - Export and compile images from art files within technical parameters and protocols. **Qualifications Required:** - Experience working in diverse art styles. - Proficiency in 2D art tools like Photoshop. - Familiarity with animation tools such as Flash, Toonboom, and Spine2D. - Demonstrated track record of delivering art assets for completed projects. - Degree or diploma in animation or equivalent industry experience. As a 2D Animator, you should possess excellent 2D art skills using tools like Photoshop and Substance Painter. Your creative abilities should extend to various art assets including environments, objects, characters, icons, and UI elements. Adaptability to different art styles and strong organizational skills are essential for this role.
