*Job Title: 24x7 Female Nurse/Patient Caregiver* *Location: Pune, Maharashtra Employment Type: Full-Time, Live-in (24x7)* 

*Age of Patient:83 years (Female)* 

 *Job Description* :

We are looking for a compassionate, responsible, and experienced female nurse or caregiver to provide round-the-clock (24x7) care for an 83-year-old female patient at her residence in Pune. The candidate should be capable of managing both medical and daily care needs with patience and empathy.

 *Key Responsibilities:* 

Personal Care Assistance:

Bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting

Oral hygiene and incontinence care

Assistance with mobility and transfers (bed to chair, walking support, etc.)

 *Medication Management* :

Timely administration of prescribed medications

Monitoring vital signs (BP, sugar levels, temperature, etc.)

Keeping records of medication and health updates

 *Nutrition and Meal Assistance* :

Preparing or assisting in preparation of patient-appropriate meals

Assisting in feeding if required

Ensuring adequate hydration

Companionship & Mental Wellness:

Engaging the patient in light conversation and cognitive stimulation

Providing emotional support and companionship

 *Health Monitoring & Emergency Response* :

Observing changes in physical or mental health

Responding to emergencies and informing family/doctor

Household Tasks Related to Patient:

Keeping the patient’s room and surroundings clean

Laundry and linen care for the patient

Organizing medicines and medical supplies

 *Preferred Candidate Profile: Gender: Female* 

 *Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in elderly care or nursing* 

 *Language* : Able to communicate in Hindi, Marathi, or English

 *Qualifications* : Certified caregiver or ANM/GNM nurse preferred

 *Personality* : Patient, trustworthy, respectful, and gentle in nature

 *Job Type & Compensation: Type: Full-Time Live-in (24x7)*
