Were Hiring! | Senior Manager Media Buyer About the Role: We are hiring a seasoned Senior Manager Media Buyer to drive and scale lead generation and pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads . You will be responsible for campaign strategy, execution, optimization, and performance reporting across high-intent lead gen verticals like Insurance, Auto, ACA, Debt, Home Services and Final Expense Candidates with experience in affiliate marketing, pay-per-call , and agency-level delivery will be prioritized. Role & responsibilities: Plan, launch, and manage lead generation campaigns across Google (Search, Display, YouTube, PMax, Demand Gen) and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Lead performance optimization to meet CPL and Pay per Call targets Set up and scale PayPerCall and LeadGen campaigns (especially for US/Global markets) Use Ringba , and other tracking tools to monitor call/conversion flow Setup Meta Business accounts and conversion tracking infrastructure (GTM, Pixel, Events, etc.) Manage daily/weekly/monthly reports, performance reviews, and media buying insights Guide landing page optimization and creative iterations using A/B testing results Conduct campaign audits, troubleshoot delivery issues, and resolve attribution gaps Support team training, scaling strategies , and sync-ups (WSR/QBR) if in a leadership role Key Requirements: 5-10 years of experience in media buying , performance marketing , or affiliate lead gen Hands-on experience with Google Ads , Meta Ads , Ringba , or similar tools Deep understanding of CPL, CPA, ROAS, and optimizing funnels for lead quality and pay per call.
