Brands Experience: 710 Years Location: Remote (India) Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Oracle HCM Integration Developer – ERP Specialist (Level IV) to support the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of ERP application modules and integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and various internal/external systems. This role requires strong hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) , HCM Extracts , BI Publisher , Fast Formulas , HDL , and REST/SOAP web services , as well as a solid understanding of HCM data structures and business processes. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and support integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and third-party/internal systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) . Configure and maintain Oracle ERP modules including Human Resources, Finance, and Supply Chain Management. Develop and manage HCM Extracts , Fast Formulas , BI Publisher reports , and HCM Data Loader (HDL) scripts. Conduct data transformation, mapping, and validation to ensure quality and compliance. Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to gather requirements and implement integration solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve integration, data flow, and performance issues. Support ERP system upgrades, patching, regression testing, and documentation. Ensure integration solutions align with organizational security and compliance standards. Required Skills and Qualifications: 7–10 years of ERP experience, with a focus on Oracle HCM integrations. Strong expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and building REST/SOAP based integrations. Proficiency with HCM Extracts , Fast Formulas , BI Publisher , and HDL . Familiarity with Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR , Payroll , Absence Management , and Benefits . Solid understanding of XML , XSLT , JSON , and other data formats. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Skills and Qualifications: Oracle Cloud certifications in HCM or related ERP modules. Experience working in Agile project environments. Knowledge of secure integration practices including encryption and authentication protocols.
