Role & responsibilities Understand the learning end goal of the training module. Gauge the timelines of the project and if additional research is required on the topic of the module. Identify primary and secondary goals of the training module based on its duration Interact with the client to finalize the content of the module Design templates for the module to make it appealing for the end-user Prepare the content outline for the module Guide other writers with research tips on the topic Fine-tune developer notes and VO script in the storyboard Identify resources to create storyboard assets Manage asset deliveries with the help of Project Manager Review assets of the module Guide developers with module design Review modules and provide feedback to developers Technical Requirements Fluent and Good command in English as a primary writing skill. Knowledge of Articulate Storyline and other tools for content development would be an added advantage. Knowledge of creating assessments and creating metrices to check knowledge of learners Knowledge of MS Office and Google office suite.
