The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing online marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and engage with digital platform. Responsibilities · Develop engaging content for social media, email campaigns, blogs, and the website. · Handle the company’s social media accounts and grow the community organically on various platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube. · Content writing skills · Manage and optimize SEO/SEM efforts for website. · Monitor website traffic and performance using tools like Google Analytics etc. · Collaborate with design and technical teams to ensure consistent brand messaging. · Enable the leadership team accounts (LinkedIn) & creative presentations. · Prepare and present design drafts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback. · Design digital assets such as mailers, newsletters, letterheads, flyers, and brochures · Handle and update the Google My Business (GMB) page, ensuring all services, posts, offers, and information are regularly updated and optimized. · Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram etc. · Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights. What You’ll Need Experience & Education: · Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field · 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing or content-driven marketing roles Tools & Software Proficiency: · Proficiency in Canva & Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). · Working knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media scheduling tools. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about clean code, RESTful APIs, and contributing across the stack. You will be working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, contributing to the development of web and mobile applications. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, test, and maintain scalable backend services. - Design and implement RESTful APIs for web and mobile applications. - Integrate with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB. - Ensure code performance, security, and adherence to development best practices. - Collaborate with frontend developers and cross-functional teams for end-to-end delivery. - Contribute to frontend development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Support UI development with frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue (good to have). - Write clean, well-documented, and testable code. - Troubleshoot and debug issues in development and production environments. - Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
