We're Hiring: Client Acquisition Manager Hyderabad | Full-Time | 1–4 Years Experience (Digital Marketing Industry Preferred) At 10X Rise , we're a performance-driven digital marketing agency helping brands across industries scale through SEO, Paid Ads, Social Media, and Growth Strategy. We're looking for an energetic and strategic Client Acquisition Manager who can drive business growth by bringing in new clients, nurturing relationships, and closing high-impact deals. What You’ll Do: Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various industries (healthcare, travel, education, local services, etc.) Build a strong pipeline of potential clients through networking, referrals, outbound efforts, and platforms like LinkedIn Understand client needs and align them with 10X Rise’s digital marketing services Lead discovery calls, client meetings, proposal presentations, and negotiations Collaborate with internal teams to craft custom proposals and pitch decks Set and meet monthly/quarterly revenue and acquisition targets Maintain regular follow-ups and nurture long-term client relationships Report acquisition insights and market trends to leadership What We’re Looking For: 2–4 years of proven experience in client acquisition or B2B sales , preferably in a digital marketing or performance marketing agency Strong understanding of services like SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Web Development, and Social Media Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills Strong presence and confidence in client-facing conversations (in-person & virtual) Proactive, target-oriented, and self-driven personality Good understanding of CRM and proposal tools (HubSpot, Google Slides, etc.) Bachelor’s degree required; MBA in marketing/sales is a plus Perks & Benefits: Competitive salary + incentives on closures Work with a fast-growing digital marketing team and learn performance marketing inside out Flexible working culture with opportunity for growth into leadership roles
