Responsibilities include but not limited to: Assist with testing internal process controls and developing internal audit plans by utilizing the latest technology and leading practices Conducting audits under various statues (Statutory, Internal, Forensics, Tax) along- with Due diligences, Process audits and compliance health checks. Conduct reviews of systems, processes and internal controls. Evaluate current risk management environment. Technically sound across various areas of finance including taxation and Cos. Act compliance. Efficient in Payroll processing Tax audits, filing of returns, department correspondence Computation of Advance Tax, GST & other statutory liabilities Preparation of financial statements (IND AS and IGAAP)-Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash flow statements. Experience in handling direct and indirect tax litigation. Experience of drafting business models, Financial models, projections and doing business valuation Design and implement solutions to identify, assess and improve risk management capabilities. Assist clients in addressing compliance, financial, operational and strategic risk. Provide recommendations to clients for improvement or remediation and draft reports on key issues. Desired Profile: Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field, preferably internal audit, consulting or advisory. Proven experience in the field of Audit and Compliance. Must be able to evaluate, file, compile, present tax audit reports. Proven experience in balance sheet drafting Ability to undertake financial audits (an independent check of an organizations financial position) Advanced knowledge of tally and excel Ability to work under pressure. Location – Delhi or Gurgaon can be either of the locations.
