Key Responsibilities: Performance Marketing: Own and manage paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google (Search, Display, Shopping), YouTube, and emerging platforms. Optimize ROAS through strategic testing and campaign refinement. Manage budgets, bids, creatives, and campaign structures. Collaborate with creative team for ad assets (videos, banners, copies). Organic & Content Marketing: Develop and execute SEO strategy including keyword research, on-page optimization, and backlink building. Work with content team to produce high-ranking blogs, landing pages, and product descriptions. Supervise social media content calendars across Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Plan influencer/creator collaborations and brand partnerships. Email, WhatsApp & SMS Marketing: Build automated customer journeys for onboarding, cart recovery, re-engagement, and loyalty. Segment audiences for personalized communication and product recommendations. Analytics & Reporting: Set KPIs, track and report performance across all channels. Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and Shopify analytics to derive insights and inform strategy. Run A/B tests and implement data-driven decisions. Website & CRO: Collaborate with product and UI/UX teams to improve landing pages and conversion rates. Run heatmaps and funnel analysis to identify drop-offs and friction points. Requirements: 2+ years in digital marketing with D2C or eCommerce brands. Proven success in running high-ROAS paid campaigns. Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, email automation, SEO, and influencer marketing. Hands-on experience with Shopify, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, GA4. Creative mindset with a strong aesthetic sense aligned with fashion. Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills. Good to Have: Experience in the fashion/apparel industry. Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or basic design tools. Understanding of affiliate and referral marketing programs.
