10th, 12th, Diploma -FRESHERS

Responsbibilities:

• Assist in operating production and assembly machines.
• Help in assembling components as per instructions and drawings.
• Load and unload raw materials or finished goods from machines.
• Inspect parts visually for quality and report defects to the supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area and machines.
• Handle basic tools and follow standard operating procedures.
• Support in packing, labeling, and moving materials as needed.
• Follow all safety rules and company policies during work.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 10th pass / ITI / Diploma preferred.
• Experience: 0–2 years in factory / assembly / machine operation (freshers can apply).
• Basic understanding of mechanical work and tools.
• Willingness to work in shifts and perform physical tasks.
• In and around pollachi male candidates preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
