Location: Kolkata Preferred (Remote possible within India) Type: Full Time/Contract About Us 10 Hills Studio is a premium sneaker & streetwear marketplace redefining fashion culture in India. With a flagship store on Elgin Road, Kolkata and a rapidly growing Shopify-powered online presence, we bring together limited-edition sneakers, global streetwear drops, and 30+ homegrown fashion labels. We’re now looking for a Shopify SEO Specialist to scale our organic growth and cement our position as India’s go-to destination for sneaker and streetwear culture. ⸻ What You’ll Do • Own SEO for Shopify → Optimize collection & product pages, navigation, internal linking, and URL structure. • Technical SEO → Fix crawl/index issues, improve Core Web Vitals, add structured data (schema for products, FAQs, reviews). • On-page SEO → Optimize meta titles/descriptions, alt tags, headings, and keyword-rich collection content. • Content Strategy → Build briefs for collection pages, landing pages, and blogs targeting sneaker & streetwear audiences. • Analytics & Reporting → Track results with GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush, and provide monthly progress reports. • Link Building → Acquire relevant backlinks in fashion, lifestyle, and sneaker niches to boost domain authority. • Cross-team collaboration → Work with design, dev, and content teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented sitewide. ⸻ What We’re Looking For • 2–4 years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally with Shopify/e-commerce brands. • Strong knowledge of technical SEO (site audits, schema, crawlability, Core Web Vitals). • Proven success in ranking collection/category pages (not just blogs). • Proficiency with tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GA4, Search Console. • Understanding of fashion/streetwear/sneaker culture is a big plus. • Self-starter who can analyze, execute, and deliver results without handholding. ⸻ Why Join 10 Hills Studio? • Be part of India’s leading sneaker & streetwear hub. • Shape SEO strategy end-to-end and directly impact growth. • Work in a fast-paced, culturally driven brand where fashion meets community. • Opportunity to transition from contract to a long-term in-house SEO lead role. ⸻ Compensation Competitive, based on experience: • Full-time hire: ₹30,000 – ₹90,000 per month • Freelancer/retainer: ₹30,000 – ₹80,000 per month (depending on scope and deliverables) ⸻ 📩 How to Apply Send your CV + portfolio of SEO work (traffic growth case studies, Shopify stores you’ve optimized) to rohan@everythingmanstore.com or apply directly here on LinkedIn.
