Job Title: Relationship Manager - Bancassurance (UBI / BOI) Department: Sales Location: Delhi / Gurgaon / Noida / Faridabad Job Summary: The Relationship Manager for Bancassurance is responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships between the insurance company and its banking partners. The role focuses on promoting and selling insurance products through bank branches, educating bank staff, and ensuring seamless integration between the bank and the insurance company's offerings. The RM will work closely with bank relationship managers to meet sales targets, enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. 1-6 years of experience in sales, bancassurance, or customer relationship management. Experience in the insurance or banking or financial sector is a must. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with bank staff and other internal teams.
