Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software developers, QA, IT ops, vendors, and business analysts. Conduct regular status meetings and provide transparent updates to stakeholders and leadership. Identify and resolve project issues and bottlenecks in a timely manner. Manage change requests and scope adjustments gracefully. Foster a positive, productive team environment and drive accountability.
