About the Role We are looking for smart and confident Business Development Associates (Voice Process) to join our team for a UK client project. The role involves handling voice-based communication with international clients, pitching services/products, and driving conversions. This is a target-driven role that demands excellent English communication skills and a proactive sales mindset. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls for UK-based clients. Present company offerings in a clear, persuasive, and professional manner. Handle client objections and provide effective responses to close deals. Work with daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and achieve defined KPIs. Update CRM and maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities. Align communication style to meet UK client expectations. Required Skills & Qualifications Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (minimum). Experience: 5+ years minimum in sales, business development, or international BPO voice process. Computer Skills: Basic proficiency (MS Office, email handling, CRM familiarity). Communication: Excellent spoken English; neutral or British English accent preferred. Strong convincing skills with a quick learning ability and strong problem-solving mindset.
