Monitor market trends and competitor strategies, optimize platform features, and collaborate with operations to formulate data-driven sales & service strategies. Secure and optimize airline supply chain resources including NDC direct connections, GDS inventory, and charter flight allocations based on Tong Cheng Platform and distribution channel needs, to enhance product competitiveness. Represent the company at global aviation conferences (e.g., IATA, ITB, ATM, WTM) to strengthen brand influence in air distribution. Requirements: 5+ years in B2B sales/business development, deep knowledge of global air distribution (GDS/NDC/aggregators), with prior partnerships with major OTAs or aggregators preferred. Expertise in NDC standards, GDS systems (Sabre/Amadeus/Travelport), and API integration, capable of leading technical implementations. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of designing revenue-sharing, minimum guarantee, and dynamic inventory models. Willingness for frequent travel, results-driven, and thrives in fast-paced environments.
