We are urgently hiring Senior Odoo Developers for a fully remote, 5-days-a-week (***Sunday to Thursday, 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM***) work with our Middle Eastbased client, Norconsult Telematics Ltd, a Norwegian consultancy founded in 1959 with over 65 years of global project experience and a workforce of 500+ consultants across more than 30 countries and nationalities.(www.ntww.com) (We are working with this co for 8 years and assisted them in implementing Odoo Solutions to large enterprise customers in Dubai, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia) Role summary Senior Odoo Developer (Odoo 17/18) to design, customize, and optimize mission-critical Odoo solutions across Project, Inventory, Sales, and Purchase modules, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performance ERP for enterprise clients. Core responsibilities Design, develop, and customize Odoo 17/18 modules and workflows, improving existing implementations and adding new business functions. Build and maintain REST APIs and third-party integrations , and work with shared code repositories for feature development, reviews , and merges in a team environment. Manage and tune PostgreSQL (queries, performance, security), debug and fix bugs, and ensure overall system stability and performance. Write clean Python code following Odoo ORM/MVC best practices, perform unit/quality testing, and respond quickly to customer tickets with practical fixes. Must-have skills Minimum 5+ years hands-on Odoo design/development/customization, with 2+ years on Odoo 18 or migrations. Advanced Python expertise : OOP (MRO, decorators, polymorphism), data structures, generators, context managers, and PEP 8 standards. Deep experience and knowledge of functionalties in core Odoo modules : Project Management, Inventory, Sales, Purchase, Finance. Proven REST APIs/integrations, PostgreSQL optimization, and Odoo customizations in production. Large enterprise implementations supporting 200–1000 concurrent users. Hands-on design, coding, debugging, and troubleshooting in last 3 years (not just management).
