As a Trampoline Fitness Instructor at our organization, you will be responsible for leading engaging, music-infused trampoline fitness sessions that combine dance-inspired moves with trampoline exercises in both group and private formats. Your role will involve developing creative and dynamic routines that are safe, enjoyable, and adaptable to various fitness levels. It is essential to foster a high-energy, motivating environment that encourages clients to achieve their fitness goals and offer personalized guidance and modifications to ensure inclusivity and accessibility for participants of all ages and abilities. Building meaningful relationships with clients and creating a supportive community atmosphere will be a crucial aspect of your responsibilities. You will be required to stay updated with the latest trends in fitness and dance to keep sessions innovative and exciting. Successful completion of Vyb Active's trampoline training program to gain certification in trampoline fitness instruction is necessary for this role. The qualifications for this position include a Zumba/Dance Fitness Certification, with additional certifications in group fitness being a plus. A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in dance fitness, Zumba, or group exercise instruction is required. We are looking for individuals who are energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about blending dance and fitness. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset are essential, along with experience working with diverse age groups and fitness levels. You should be open to completing trampoline fitness training and certification provided by Vyb Active.
