Job Title: Sales Executive Location: Ernakulam, Alappuzha Department: Sales & Business Development Reports To: Sales Manager Employment Type: Full-time Age Limit: 20 to 40 years Salary Range: Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 25,000 Job Summary The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding the seller base, and managing key accounts within the assigned territory. This role requires a strong understanding of e-commerce operations, seller acquisition, marketplace dynamics, and regional business development. The Sales Executive will work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, training, and performance optimization of sellers on the platform. Key Responsibilities 1. Sales & Revenue Growth Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned area. Develop and execute territory sales plans Identify new business opportunities 2. Seller Acquisition & Onboarding Prospect, pitch, and onboard new sellers to the platform. Guide sellers through listing, cataloging, and pricing strategies. Ensure smooth platform integration and compliance with marketplace policies. 3. Market Analysis & Insights Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market conditions in the region. Share insights with product, operations, and marketing teams. Recommend category-specific strategies based on local demand and seller capabilities. 4. Cross-functional Collaboration Work with marketing teams to launch campaigns and promotional activities. Ensure adherence to platform standards. Key Skills & Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and create action plans Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities Problem-solving attitude and customer-first approach Qualifications & Experience Plus Two / Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Freshers / Experienced (experience in sales, business development is an added advantage) Familiarity with local market conditions and seller ecosystems.
