As a Video Editor Associate, you will be responsible for showcasing your proven track record through engaging reels, YouTube videos, and various content pieces. Your proficiency in DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, and After Effects (Blender is a bonus!) will help you excel in this role. Your must-have skills include trimming, beat cut edits, keyframe manipulations, zoom effects, chroma edits, adding captions, subtitles, audio clean-up, and expertise in color grading, vectors, SFX, transitions, overlays, logo animations, motion graphics, and basic 3D animations. Additionally, your understanding of video trends and storytelling techniques will enhance your creativity. Effective communication, time management, and the ability to handle feedback are key soft skills required for this position. In the role of Graphic Design Associate, you will demonstrate your experience through a diverse portfolio of design projects. Mastery of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and CorelDRAW (Lightroom is a plus!) will be essential tools for your success. Your must-have skills include designing banners, posters, flyers, logos, thumbnails, social media posts, infographics, and brand-specific graphics. Understanding typography, color theory, layout principles, and crafting website graphics, brochures, and print-ready files are crucial aspects of this role. Your ability to adapt designs based on brand guidelines, along with strong communication, attention to detail, and effective project management skills, will be instrumental in your success. Knowledge of both video editing and graphic design is a significant advantage, while agency experience is preferred but not mandatory.
