Job Title: Home/Airport Delivery Executive Location: Bangalore (Citywide Operations) Number of Openings: 20 Work Type: Full-time, Shift-based (including weekends & holidays)Job Summary:We are hiring Home/Airport Delivery Executives to manage vehicle pickups and drops across Bangalore. The role requires driving cars between customers' homes, airports, service centers, parking yards, offices, and other locations as assigned. Candidates must have good driving skills, customer-friendly behavior, and a sense of responsibility towards handling vehicles with care.Key Responsibilities: Pick up and drop off vehicles at various locations across Bangalore including homes, airports, garages, corporate offices, and parking hubs. Ensure vehicles are delivered on time and in perfect condition (cleaned, fueled, and damage-free). Conduct vehicle inspection checks at pickup and drop-off points fuel level, cleanliness, damage, tyre condition, etc. Complete handover procedures and explain vehicle features to customers if required. Coordinate with the Operations team for any last-minute location or schedule changes. Follow all traffic rules and company driving guidelines. Report any damage, issues, or customer feedback immediately to the fleet/ops team. Use company-provided app for navigation, trip updates, and proof of delivery. Handle basic vehicle checks like tyre pressure, fuel levels, and battery status.Qualifications & Skills: Valid LMV Driving License (Minimum 3 years of driving experience). Must know how to drive both manual and automatic cars (Hatchbacks, Sedans, SUVs). Should be familiar with Bangalore roads, including main roads, service roads, residential areas, and key locations like Kempegowda Airport and major tech parks. Comfortable using smartphones and apps for navigation and trip updates. Customer handling skills polite, professional, and presentable. Language Requirement:Must know Kannada (speaking & understanding).Basic Hindi and English for customer interaction and documentation. Physically fit and willing to work in rotational shifts (morning, evening, night) including weekends & holidays.Preferred Qualities: Punctual, reliable, and responsible. Previous experience in car rental, logistics, or delivery roles is a plus. Problem-solving mindset — able to handle customer queries or operational issues smartly. Presentable grooming — neat appearance for customer-facing interactions.Work Environment: Locations will vary daily — could be anywhere within Bangalore (Airport, residential areas, garages, corporate offices, malls, etc.). Rotational shifts including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Uniform and work tools (app access, fuel cards, etc.) will be provided.Compensation: Fixed Salary + Attractive Performance-based Incentives. Official work travel will be reimbursed.
