Role & responsibilities Strong knowledge of Hot Dip Galvanizing processes, metallurgy, and chemistry. Familiarity with standards: IS 4759, ASTM A123, ASTM A153, ISO 1461, EN 1461. Expertise in handling zinc kettle operations, pickling, fluxing, quenching, and effluent treatment. Knowledge of zinc recovery, ash/dross management, and process optimization. Proficiency in SAP Preferred candidate profile 10-15 years of experience in hot dip galvanizing industry with a degree in B.Tech/B.E. (Chemical or Mechanical). Proficiency in SAP, Pickling & Fluxing & Quenching processes; knowledge of Zinc Kettle Operations an added advantage. Strong understanding of Effluent Treatment & Zinc Recovery Systems; ability to optimize plant performance.
