Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Manager. The CRM Manager will oversee and optimize the company's customer relationship strategies, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention. Key day-to-day tasks include analyzing customer data, overseeing CRM software, segmenting the market, managing CRM projects, and fostering clear and effective communication to support the sales team. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills for customer data analysis and strategic insights Excellent Communication and Market Segmentation skills Experience in Sales and fostering customer relationships Project Management skills to oversee and drive CRM initiatives Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to on-site work in Watford Proficiency in CRM software and tools Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
