An existing network of vendors, implementation partners, and client contacts in healthcare/ Role Overview: As a Business Development Executive at Zensoft Solutions, you will be responsible for bringing new business and expanding existing accounts in the healthcare and life sciences space. You will focus on C2C, W2, contract, contract-to-hire and permanent positions, working closely with our TAG (Talent Acquisition Group) team to ensure high-quality delivery. Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition & Relationship Management Identify, target and onboard new clients in pharma, biotech, medical devices, CROs, hospitals and healthcare technology. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, procurement teams, MSPs/VMS managers and key decision-makers. Conduct discovery calls, capability presentations and follow-ups to convert leads into active, billing clients. Own the end-to-end sales cycle lead generation, requirement gathering, proposal submission, rate negotiation and closure. Business Growth (C2C & W2 Staffing) Generate and grow business for C2C, W2, 1099, contract, CTH and full-time staffing across multiple healthcare and IT skill sets. Collaborate with the TAG team to prioritize and fill open positions quickly with quality profiles. Negotiate bill rates, pay rates and margins while maintaining competitiveness and profitability. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts. Vendor & Partner Management Build and manage relationships with prime vendors, implementation partners and MSPs. Work towards securing preferred vendor status, SOWs, MSAs and renewals where applicable. Coordinate with vendor partners to access exclusive or high-priority requirements. Pipeline, Forecasting & Reporting Maintain a structured sales pipeline with accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, submissions and closures. Provide weekly/monthly reports on new clients added, active requirements, interviews and revenue. Share regular feedback with the TAG team on client expectations, resume quality and turnaround time. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related field (MBA is an added advantage). 37 years of proven experience in US or global healthcare / life sciences staffing business development. Strong understanding of C2C, W2, 1099, contract and permanent hiring models. Demonstrated success in onboarding new clients and scaling revenue in a staffing or consulting set-up. Existing network of vendors, implementation partners and client contacts in healthcare / pharma is highly preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills. Comfortable working in a target-driven, fast-paced environment

Proficiency with major job portals (Dice, Monster, Indeed, Naukri, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.) and ATS/CRM systems.
