Wellversed is looking for a talented Video Editor with at least 4 years of experience in After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, video shoots, and Video Shoots/Cinematography, Direction. Your main responsibility will be to produce visually captivating video content that resonates with our brand's vision and goals, creating top-notch videos for various platforms to engage and inspire our audience. As a Video Editor at Wellversed, you will lead the development of all offline & online visual designs, visual concepts, and video editing for digital platforms. It is essential to have a deep understanding of the digital video landscape, particularly YouTube and Instagram algorithms and metrics, with a focus on the significance of thumbnails. Your tasks will include crafting short-form videos incorporating User-Generated Content (UGC), graphics, GIFs, clips, and special effects. You will be in charge of the entire video production process, from brainstorming and storyboarding to shooting, editing, and re-editing videos for different formats. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating a variety of video content such as Product Animations, Product Videos, Launches, Teasers, Trailers, and organic reels. Capturing raw footage during influencer, product, and event shoots, including camera setup, lighting, backdrops, and props, will also be part of your role. Furthermore, you will manage end-to-end video production for faceless content and videos featuring an anchor. Converting and adjusting videos into various formats like Reels, Shorts, YouTube Videos, and Meta Ads will also be a key task. Ensuring that scripts meet video requirements and handling User-Generated Content (UGC) creation are also within your scope of duties. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in video editing, proficiency in Adobe Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop), strong conceptual thinking, video editing, storytelling, and design skills. Expertise in animation, motion graphics, good knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, social media, UGC, and creative video ideas, familiarity with computerized video editing applications and procedures, proficiency in UGC Content Creation, and expertise in Instagram and YouTube metrics and algorithms are essential skills required for this role. Additionally, familiarity with VFX, experience with Figma and Illustrator for design elements, and experience with 3D modeling & animation are considered advantageous.
