Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive YouTube marketing strategy tailored to our brand. Optimize video content for SEO, including keyword research, video descriptions, tags, and titles. Drive audience growth by managing video promotions, collaborations, and community engagement initiatives. Analyze channel performance metrics and adjust strategies based on insights from YouTube Analytics. Collaborate with the content creation team to plan, produce, and promote engaging video content. Stay updated on the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in YouTube marketing. Manage advertising campaigns on YouTube and other social platforms to increase channel visibility. Qualifications: Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on YouTube channel growth. Strong understanding of YouTube SEO, analytics tools, and video marketing strategies. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively. Creative mindset with a passion for video content and storytelling. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Familiarity with video editing software and content management systems is a plus.
