Youth Executive

About the Role This isn’t a desk job. It’s more as a front-line service. As a Youth Executive, your job is to go where the youth are, colleges, hostels, cafes, tech parks and strike real, meaningful conversations about life, purpose. You're not just promoting events. You're building relationships, and inviting young people to discover a spiritual side of life they’ve likely never explored. If you're naturally social, spiritually grounded, and love talking to people, you’ll thrive in this role. What you’ll actually do  Walk into college campuses and talk to students, confidently and respectfully  Build one-on-one connections with newcomers and guide them into FOLK programs  Follow up regularly via WhatsApp, calls, or in person to help them stay connected  Assist in organizing retreats, temple visits, college seminars, and weekly sessions  Represent the FOLK community with warmth, clarity, and conviction  Work closely with the temple team and other enablers to plan outreach strategies Who we’re looking for  Male, aged between 18–29 years  Comfortable initiating conversations in English, Kannada, Hindi & regional languages  Extroverted personality, you enjoy meeting new people and can think on your feet  Sincere, grounded, and emotionally mature
