We’re expanding our team and seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist who can plan, execute, and optimize campaigns that deliver measurable ROI. 🎯 Role Overview The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing day-to-day paid and organic marketing campaigns, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO coordination, and reporting . You’ll work closely with content, creative, and analytics teams to execute full-funnel strategies for U.S.-based law firm clients. ⚙️ Key Responsibilities Paid Media Management Plan and execute Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) and Meta campaigns. Manage budgets, bids, and targeting for optimal ROI. Conduct A/B tests for ad copy, creatives, and landing pages. Track conversions using Google Tag Manager and GA4. SEO & Organic Coordination Support keyword research, content planning, and on-page updates. Collaborate with the SEO team to align paid and organic strategies. Monitor landing page performance and suggest optimizations. Analytics & Reporting Create campaign performance reports in Looker Studio or Google Sheets . Track KPIs like CPL, CTR, conversion rate, and ROI. Use data to recommend scaling or optimization opportunities. Social Media & Brand Visibility Assist with content calendars for social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram). Coordinate creative briefs and copy with the design team. Support retargeting campaigns and lead generation funnels. 📊 Required Skills & Tools 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO basics. Strong understanding of marketing funnels, conversion tracking, and analytics. Experience with GA4, Tag Manager, Search Console, Looker Studio. Working knowledge of Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Ubersuggest is a plus. Excellent communication and reporting skills. Ability to work with multiple client campaigns simultaneously.

What you’ll do: Create engaging videos and social media graphics for U.S. law firm brands Edit reels, shorts, and ad creatives with strong storytelling & pacing Design carousels, thumbnails, and web/social creatives aligned with brand guidelines Collaborate with our social media & ad teams to deliver high-impact visuals What we’re looking for: 1–3 years of experience in video editing & graphic design Strong command of Captions.ai, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva (or similar tools) Eye for clean design, composition, and typography Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines Bonus: Motion graphics or ad-creative experience
