SECTION II: ROLE SUMMARY

The role holder is responsible for deepening existing client relationships or acquiring those that are new to bank. The incumbent must act as a one point of contact for managed clients and leverage opportunities to increase overall wallet share in accordance with the financial needs of the customer.

SECTION III: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES

Relationship Management: Manages banking and investment relationships; develops and expands customer relationships; identifies opportunities to increase customer wallet share.

Generating Incremental Business: Achieves sales targets across liabilities, assets, business banking, forex, cards and investments; deepens and acquires customer relationships; increases CASA balance and product penetration.

Customer Engagement: Maintains portfolio quality through regular engagement; responsible for service and sales satisfaction of mapped clients.

Investments: Analyzes customer financial needs and offers suitable products; generates fee income through mutual funds, investments and insurance.

Audit & Compliance: Adheres to bank policies, KYC/BSA requirements and regulatory compliance standards.

Self-Management: Sets performance goals, drives learning and competency development, and stays current with industry developments.

Risk and Internal Control: Follows risk policies and supports internal controls and audits.

SECTION IV: KEY INTERACTIONS

Channel Partners: Coordinate with product and program teams to drive initiatives.

Other Unit RMs: Connect with Business Banking RMs and stakeholders to maximize leads and cross-sell opportunities.

Internal Stakeholders: Liaise with YSB, HCM, FCU and others to execute mandates.

Prospective Customers: Generate interest and build mindshare.

Existing Customers: Identify opportunities to increase wallet share.

SECTION V: KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's degree; Master's preferred.

Professional Certifications: AMFI, NCFM, NISM, IRDA, JAIIB, CAIIB or similar certifications are advantageous.

Language Skills: Written and spoken English is essential.

Experience: Minimum 2 years relevant experience, including at least 1 year in a similar role.

Industry Experience: Prior BFSI sector experience preferred.
