Key Job Responsibilities Job Details Overseas Clients (USA): Year-End Accounting and closing of books for tax preparation Preparing adjustments for conversion between Accrual and Cash accounting methods Tax preparation for: Individual taxpayers Form 1040 Non-individual taxpayers Forms 1065 & 1120 Managing communications with clients and accounting firms based in the USA Core Responsibilities Bookkeeping & Accounting in platforms like QuickBooks, XERO, and SAGE Handling monthly and year-end closings Preparing taxes using software such as: Lacerte, CCH, TurboTax, DRAKE, etc. Leading a team of: Bookkeepers, Accountants, and Tax Return Preparers Minimum Qualification Requirements Graduate in Commerce/Finance Preferred qualifications: CA / Inter CA / MBA Finance Candidate Preference Male candidates preferred, unless there is a deserving female candidate Minimum Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in: US tax preparation Managing accounting and bookkeeping for US clients Location Preferred: Mohali or Gurgaon Working Days 5 days a week
