Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Business Development / Sales Lead Manager to drive sales growth, manage government & private tenders, and convert leads into profitable solar projects. The role involves strategic planning, client engagement, and coordination with technical teams. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new business opportunities in rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects Handle Government tenders and GeM portal submissions end-to-end Lead sales conversion , negotiations, and closure of deals Prepare costing, budgeting, BOQs, and project estimates Coordinate with technical and project teams for proposal alignment Prepare DPRs and techno-commercial proposals Execute email marketing and digital campaigns Manage and monitor Google Ads / Meta Ads (preferred, not mandatory) Maintain CRM, sales pipeline, and reporting to management Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in solar EPC sales / business development Strong knowledge of Govt. tenders, GeM, and bidding processes Good understanding of solar project costing and Financials Model Excellent communication and negotiation skills Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and proposal documentation Preferred Exposure to commercial & industrial (C&I) solar projects Knowledge of state-wise solar policies.
