Your mission will involve walking into a room full of strangers and leaving with ten new secrets, breaking the ice in conversations, identifying and diffusing awkward vibes with charm, empathy, and humor, and ensuring the flow of chat, laughs, and energy. You are expected to be the glue that holds the group together, the spark that ignites lively discussions, and the person everyone wants to sit next to.
