XR Opportunity & Lead Research (MOST IMPORTANT) Daily research on LinkedIn & public platforms to identify: Companies saying: “Looking for AR/VR developer” “Launching VR training” “Building immersive learning” “Hiring XR team” (outsourcing signal) EdTech & enterprise companies: Rolling out VR/AR learning Experimenting with virtual labs Upgrading training programs You will separate real buyers from noise . 2. Multi-Platform Market Scanning You will actively scan and monitor: LinkedIn Posts, comments, hiring signals Company announcements Freelance Platforms Upwork, Freelancer, Toptal (public listings only) Startup Ecosystem Wellfound (AngelList) YC / funded startups Company Sources Blogs, press releases Product launch pages XR / EdTech Communities 3. Lead Qualification & Intelligence Mapping For every valid opportunity , you will document: Company name & website Industry (EdTech / Corporate Training / Healthcare / Manufacturing / etc.) Geography & remote feasibility Exact XR use case (VR lab, safety simulation, AR learning module, etc.) Why our existing 3D science simulations fit Decision-maker role (Founder / L&D Head / Product Head) Source link (LinkedIn / page / job post) Data will be maintained in Google Sheets / Notion (clean & structured) 4.
