We are hiring a Mutual Fund Operations Executive to handle day-to-day backend operations, BSE Star MF transactions, client onboarding, and after-sales servicing. The role requires experience in mutual fund operations and strong coordination skills. Key Responsibilities Process MF transactions on BSE Star MF (Purchase, Redemption, SIP, Switch) Register and track SIP mandates (eNACH / XSIP) Handle client onboarding: KYC, FATCA, Nomination Coordinate with RTAs (CAMS/KFin) for updates & issue resolution Provide after-sales support and respond to client service requests Prepare reports, statements, and maintain CRM records Support sales team in documentation & client coordination Requirements 1–4 years of experience in Mutual Fund Operations Mandatory knowledge of BSE Star MF Good communication (Hindi + English) Basic Excel & documentation skills Attention to detail & strong follow-up ability Preferred: NISM V-A certified (optional) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹10,549.97 - ₹25,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
