B2B & B2C Sales Experience Proven experience in selling electronic products in both business and consumer segments. Negotiation & Persuasion – Ability to negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms effectively. Customer Relationship Management – Experience in handling and retaining key clients. Market Research & Analysis – Capability to analyse market trends and identify opportunities. Communication & Presentation Skills – Strong verbal and written communication for client interactions and presentations. Result-Oriented Approach – Ability to work towards targets and sales goals. Problem-Solving & Decision-Making – Quick and effective decision-making to resolve customer concerns. Team Coordination & Collaboration – Work closely with different departments to ensure smooth operations. CRM & Sales Tools Knowledge – Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools. Preferred Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.• MBA in Sales & Marketing (Preferred).• Knowledge of EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) Industry is an advantage.
