Research market trends and provide insights on the adoption of Artificial Intelligence in the context of Revenue Assurance and Business Assurance. Identify and profile relevant roles (e.g., FinOps, BillingOps) and document detailed requirements aimed at increasing their usage of and affinity for the application. Conduct customer demos and support presales and consulting engagements. Manage customer project implementations, where applicable – e.g. PoCs/trials. Ability to interact with different roles of Customers – from Ops personnel to top executives – to understand the Business KPIs that matters to them and drives them. Ability to guide customers to Business KPIs where they need to focus on to have better assurance and control of revenue.
