Role Overview We are hiring a skilled and proactive Production Manager with deep experience in electronics production and assembly line management . This role is hands-on, demanding strong technical understanding of electronic circuits, wiring, PCB assembly, and system integration , with the ability to lead teams and deliver high-quality output on time. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage electronic product assembly lines , including sub-assemblies and final integration. Ensure smooth execution of PCB fitting, harnessing, wiring, and electronic component assembly . Supervise shop floor operations and coordinate with testing, quality, and engineering teams . Optimize manpower and machine utilization to meet production targets and delivery deadlines . Monitor and control inventory consumption , material issuance, and work order flow. Enforce production quality standards , 5S practices, and safety protocols. Prepare and maintain production records, assembly checklists, and work instructions . Identify process improvements and minimize rejection/rework through root cause analysis. Candidate Profile B.E. / Diploma in Electronics / Electrical Engineering . 8 to 15 years of experience in electronics manufacturing and assembly line management . Strong understanding of: PCB and system assembly Wiring, soldering, crimping Power supply & control panel integration Ability to read and interpret circuit diagrams, wiring layouts , and assembly drawings. Experience working in security, medical, or industrial electronics is a strong plus. Team leadership, problem-solving, and shop-floor control skills are essential. Must be available to join immediately .
