About the Role We’re hiring Client Success Interns who are proactive, well-spoken, and wired with common sense. This is a people-first role that also demands quick thinking, smart execution, and a flair for content. You’ll be the connecting link between clients, vendors, and our internal teams, ensuring smooth delivery, quality output, and long-term retention. What You’ll Do Client Handling & Retention: Speak to clients regularly, build trust, and ensure they renew with us month after month. Vendor Coordination: Get work done from vendors while keeping quality high and profit margins healthy. Vendor Sheet Management: Keep our vendor database up to date, organized, and optimized. Content Writing: Draft short client-facing content, emails, captions, pitch lines, briefs, etc. with clarity and brand tone. Also scripts and concepts for client work. AI-Enabled Execution: Use AI tools (like ChatGPT, Canva, Notion, etc.) smartly to write, ideate, or structure work efficiently. Tech & Tools Savvy: Use everyday platforms like Google Sheets, Drive, Notion, WhatsApp Business, etc., confidently. New Client Outreach: Spot opportunities, reach out to potential clients, and pitch our services. Old Client Re-tapping: Reconnect with past clients and explore fresh business possibilities. Team Collaboration: Work closely with design, strategy, and BD teams to close the loop on all deliverables. What We’re Looking For Excellent verbal and written communication Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills Good writing skills (especially short-form content) Ability to think on your feet and make sound decisions Smart use of AI tools to save time and increase output Basic tech understanding and platform familiarity Highly organized, process-driven, and detail-oriented A mature, responsible attitude and lots of common sense Bonus Points If You Have Prior experience in client servicing, writing, or operations Worked in/with creative agencies before Understanding of digital marketing, social media, or branding A knack for solving problems without always needing hand-holding Perks Real-world exposure to client and vendor management Work with top Indian and global brands Learn the ropes of strategy, content, and business development Certificate + Letter of Recommendation (performance-based) PPO opportunities for the right candidate Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship, Contractual / Temporary Contract length: 4 months Pay: ₹4,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: Remote
