Job Description: The Senior Software Engineer will contribute to the development of client’s product, enhancing product features that are used in production lines with the current implementation as well as maintaining current product Uniseries. The engineer should be able to work with product owner and engineering manager to gather requirements and document design and support details. Hence, the engineer MUST be diligent in executing the project as per plan with estimation methodologies. Responsibilities: Have a comprehensive understanding of the current product implementation Closely involved in unit testing product implementation Design the solution, propose alternatives, and document pros and cons to facilitate architectural decisions Troubleshoot to identify potential bottlenecks and formulate options for performance optimization Attend scrum ceremony meetings regularly, get necessary clarifications, and document key technical decisions Adhere to SDLC of product development Complete mandatory SOP training Comply with project’s processes in time and effort tracking Ability to work with junior engineers and architects Experience: 5 to 9 years Mandatory Skills: An expert who can lead technology and software development in a large-scale product Experience in networking domain with gRPC, firewalls, DNS and on-prem to cloud connectivity Ability to analyze requirements and prepare design documents (HLD/LLD) using C++ programming language Experience working with Windows .NET, C# and C++, REST API and Windows Services Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written Clearly articulate estimates for defect fixes and new features Experience working with software connecting with camera devices Time Zone Overlap: Up to11P.M IST to collaborate with US product development scrum team, product demos and architectural discussions.
