This role is designed for energetic, tech-savvy young professionals who understand student mindset and Gen Z culture. The Manager will drive Technoxian community building, RoboClubs, campus engagement, marketing, PR, and grassroots sales , creating a strong national student innovation ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Build, manage, and grow the Technoxian student community across colleges, RoboClubs, and innovation hubs. Lead campus outreach programs , student ambassador initiatives, and Gen Z engagement campaigns. Coordinate with colleges to establish and manage Technoxian RoboClubs and student chapters. Support event marketing, PR, and promotions for Technoxian competitions, challenges, and national events. Drive community-led sales for workshops, kits, competitions, and memberships. Manage social media engagement, on-ground activations, and peer-to-peer promotions. Act as the bridge between students, institutions, sponsors, and the WORSO/Technoxian core team . Identify trends, feedback, and opportunities from the youth ecosystem to improve programs and offerings. Eligibility B.Tech / MBA / Mass Communication / Media / Marketing / Management graduates or final-year students Strong interest in technology, robotics, startups, innovation, and youth programs Excellent communication, coordination, and people skills Comfortable with field work, campus travel, and event execution Active on social media and understands Gen Z communication style Must have own laptop Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
