Job Description

As a Workforce Services Associate Manager at Accenture, you will be part of the Customer Support vertical where you will play a key role in managing and resolving customer queries, handling escalations, and complaints effectively. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring timely closure of faults and complaints within the agreed SLAs. You will be instrumental in driving corporate initiatives, delivering key metrics, and optimizing the performance of the group through continuous engagement with clients and stakeholders, aimed at achieving contractual objectives and corporate goals. Additionally, you will be involved in designing and implementing strategies to support our clients in their customer acquisition efforts. To excel in this role, you will lead a highly engaged team that focuses on data and insight-driven resourcing aligned with future workforce strategies. You will actively engage with stakeholders to drive corporate initiatives, deliver on performance metrics, and maintain effective client relationships by understanding their objectives and aiding in their achievement. Building and nurturing relationships with stakeholders for the designated sites/products will be crucial, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration to address any supply-demand gaps and proactively manage actions to mitigate risks. With over 10 years of experience in end-to-end workforce management, you will bring a strong sense of personal commitment and urgency to your day-to-day responsibilities. Your ability to establish positive and objective relationships with clients, operations, and support teams will be essential. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment, adept at managing pressure, deadlines, and shifting priorities effectively. An appetite for challenges, driving projects, identifying improvement opportunities, and enhancing maturity models will set you up for success in this role. Your proficiency in basic arithmetic, statistical concepts, and logical reasoning, along with strong mathematical calibration skills, will be highly valued. You should demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills to collaborate with various functional heads and teams, including the client planning team, operations team, commercial teams, and other functions for both transactional and strategic requirements. Your role will involve utilizing tools like POWER APPS, Visual Basic, Data Analysis, and Power Query to perform analysis and solve moderately complex problems. You will be responsible for creating new solutions, adapting existing methods, and aligning with the strategic direction set by senior management. Your interactions will primarily be with your direct supervisor, team leads, peers, and management levels at a client or within Accenture. Please note that this position may require you to work in rotational shifts. You will be actively involved in the action and strategic planning process to establish annual objectives and goals for the organization, working closely with planning coordinators from the client side. Additionally, you will be accountable for the delivery of all contracts and SLAs, managing internal and external audits, and overseeing the development of resources under your supervision.,
