The company is currently seeking skilled professionals to join as a Time and Attendance Capability Architect. Ideal candidates should possess in-depth expertise in Time and Absence applications, with a passion for enhancing efficiency and fostering an innovative software development culture. As a Time and Attendance Capability Architect, you will play a crucial role in the ongoing transformation of Time and Absence processes. Your responsibilities will include implementation, maintenance, optimization, and innovation of systems to align with business objectives and deliver exceptional value to employees globally. The team is dedicated to driving continuous improvement through various initiatives and programs. Key responsibilities include: - Understanding business requirements, conducting POCs, and architecting solutions - Collaborating with stakeholders to align on roadmaps and solutions - Overseeing the implementation and deployment of Kronos configurations - Developing new integrations and updating existing ones - Engaging with vendors on product issues and solutions - Troubleshooting, issue resolution, and guiding enhancements Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should have: - Minimum of 5 years of experience with UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) and Dell Boomi - Proficiency in UKG WFM Pro modules such as Time & Attendance, Accruals, Attestation, and Advance Scheduling - Understanding of Dell Boomi architecture and integration experience - Strong communication skills and ability to present technical proposals effectively - Experience with JSON, HTML, Java script, Groovy, and SQL - Attention to detail, time management skills, and proficiency in MS Office tools - Fluency in English Preferred qualifications include Kronos Dimensions certification, manufacturing industry experience, and familiarity with Analytics/Reports. The role is based in Barcelona, Spain.
