Job Description

Adaptive Planning Administration & Support

  • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) and system administrator for Workday Adaptive Planning.
  • Configure and maintain models, dimensions, accounts, and levels to support financial and workforce planning processes.
  • Support annual and quarterly budget cycles, forecasts, and long-range planning.
  • Manage user roles, security, access, and data validations within Adaptive Planning.
  • Ensure alignment between Adaptive models and Workday HCM structures.

Integrations Design & Maintenance

  • Design, build, and maintain integrations between Workday Adaptive Planning and Workday HCM using Workday tools (e.g., EIBs, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, Cloud Connect, Web Services).
  • Partner with IT and business teams to ensure smooth data flow between Adaptive, Workday, and external systems (e.g., ERP,Payroll, or BI tools).
  • Troubleshoot integration issues, monitor data integrity, and ensure timely data synchronization.

Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement

  • Partner with Finance and HR to enhance planning and forecasting processes through system capabilities.
  • Manage system testing and validation during Adaptive and Workday release cycles.
  • Stay current with new Adaptive and Workday features and recommend adoption strategies.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics within Adaptive Planning to support business decision-making.
  • Support Finance and HR Controlling and HR teams with scenario modeling, headcount planning, and variance analysis.

Training, Documentation & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Provide end-user support, training, and documentation for Adaptive Planning and related integrations.
  • Communicate system changes, process updates, and best practices to end users and leadership teams.
