Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients (students/professionals) and explain visa & immigration services
Respond to inbound queries via phone, email, and messaging platforms
Understand client requirements and provide accurate visa counselling information
Follow up with leads and maintain a database of interactions
Schedule appointments for walk-ins and virtual counselling sessions
Support the counselling team in documentation and application follow-up
Maintain confidentiality and professional communication at all times
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Graduate in any stream
Good communication skills in English and local languages
Pleasant voice, confident and convincing attitude
Basic computer and MS Office knowledge
Previous experience in telecalling or counselling is a plus (but not mandatory)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
