The process is really good. Well maintained place. Staff is very friendly, you can ask as many questions u would like, they do answer politely. Value added service is not really necessary, as the staff do suggest u in filling the form and necessary documents.

It's good. But seems more commercial now to charge for storage of laptop, SMS, printer etc in the name of optional services. Also take only cash for visa fee(Denmark) when we are moving towards cashless.
