The customer service representative are good and well behaved. They dress up in formal on all days. Ticketing system is well implemented to ensure you know when your turn comes in. Seating area is good and comfortable. One minus point - it closes down at 4pm. So, you need to plan your work day accordingly

Good clean and well maintained office for application of various countries. The process is streamlined and systematic; but things can move painfully slowly, not something expected from such a process oriented setup. The staff are professional and well groomed.
