We are seeking an independent WordPress Performance Optimization Specialist to improve the Core Web Vitals and Google PageSpeed Insights scores of our website, which is built with the Astra theme and uses a minimal plugin setup. The focus is on reducing LCP, CLS, FCP, and Speed Index on mobile, with additional layout stability improvements needed for desktop. The specialist must complete all optimization work without installing any new plugins and must maintain the current design and layout of the site.
