WordPress Developer (WooCommerce Specialist)

Role Overview: You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying custom WordPress websites with integrated WooCommerce functionality. Starting from concept or design files to fully launched stores, you will build custom themes and plugins as needed to ensure the site is responsive, fast, and secure. Troubleshooting issues, implementing updates and improvements, and performing regular maintenance will be part of your tasks. Collaboration with designers, marketers, and project managers will be essential to optimize site performance, SEO, and overall user experience. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and deploy custom WordPress websites with integrated WooCommerce functionality. - Build custom themes and plugins to ensure site responsiveness, speed, and security. - Troubleshoot issues, implement updates and improvements, and perform regular maintenance. - Collaborate closely with designers, marketers, and project managers. - Optimize site performance, SEO, and overall user experience. Qualification Required: - 2-3 years of professional experience developing WordPress sites, with multiple live WooCommerce projects built from scratch. - Proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and MySQL. - Deep understanding of WordPress core, themes, plugins, hooks, and WooCommerce architecture. - Familiarity with version control, preferably Git. - Ability to work independently on end-to-end development and in a team for larger projects. - Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and documentation skills. - Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first web design, web performance optimization, and web security essentials.,
