Wordpress Developer - Software Engineer/Senior Software Engineer

As a Software Engineer/ Senior Software Engineer at our company in Mangalore, your main responsibilities will include: - Developing Wordpress based software solutions to meet customer needs. - Developing complete websites which includes UI development, PHP functionalities, and SQL query writing. - Researching and learning about the latest technologies. - Interacting with clients via chat, emails, and calls. In order to excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications: Must Have: - Excellent skills in Twitter Bootstrap, HTML5, and CSS3. - Proficiency in Wordpress, PHP, HTML, CSS, MySQL, Javascript, Jquery, and AJAX. - Ability to develop using PHP Classes at an excellent level. - Experience in coding for e-Commerce web applications/shopping carts. - Strong knowledge of core PHP with Oops concepts and URL rewriting. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Good to have: - Knowledge of Photoshop. - Familiarity with CMS such as Joomla, Drupal, and CodeIgniter. - Understanding of Javascript frameworks (like prototype), Ajax, and JSON. - Previous experience working with a defined SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
