WOCO SPACES LLP is looking for a responsible and proactive Admin Executive to manage the end-to-end operations of our ECR – Palavakkam co-working space branch. The ideal candidate should be organized, people-friendly, and capable of handling daily administrative and facility responsibilities independently. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day branch operations of the co-working space Handle front office activities, client coordination, and visitor management Ensure smooth facility management (housekeeping, maintenance, pantry, security) Coordinate with vendors for repairs, AMC, and supplies Maintain attendance records, admin files, and branch documentation Support HR activities such as staff coordination and onboarding formalities Assist in billing follow-ups, invoice coordination, and payment tracking Address and resolve client queries and service requests promptly Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain branch discipline Report daily operations status to the management Requirements & Skills: Any Bachelor’s degree 1–3 years of experience in Administration / Office Management / Front Office Experience in co-working space / office administration is an added advantage Good communication skills in English & Tamil Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email) Strong coordination, multitasking, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage the branch independently and responsibly Work Timings: 11 hours/Per day (6 days a week) Salary: As per industry standards (based on experience) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Work Location: In person
